Who you are dealing with

Solar Scope Limited is a Hamilton-based solar PV and battery company working across the Waikato, Taranaki, the Manawatū and the wider North Island. We provide consultancy, system design, supply, project coordination and after-sales support for commercial, rural, residential and utility-scale solar projects.

We do not guess at savings. Every proposal is built from your power bill or your half-hourly usage data and shows the expected bill savings, payback and options before you commit. Installation, testing and commissioning are carried out by SEANZ-authorised, EWRB-registered electrical contractors, with CPEng-qualified engineers brought in for structural assessments when a consent exemption needs one.

Our installers have completed close to 100 commercial and residential projects. Every system carries a 10-year workmanship warranty, with panel product warranties typically up to 25 years and linear performance warranties of 30 years.

  • Installed by SEANZ-authorised installers
  • EWRB-registered electrical workers
  • CPEng-reviewed structural assessments for consent exemptions

How the job runs

  1. Step 1 of 4

    Free assessment

Send a recent power bill, or 12 months of half-hourly data if you have it. We review your usage, your roof or land and the network connection.

  2. Step 2 of 4

    Design and simulation

We model system options, expected bill savings and payback, then send a proposal with hybrid, battery-ready and expandable choices.

  3. Step 3 of 4

    Approvals

We handle the network connection application and any consent exemption, with a structural review where one is needed.

  4. Step 4 of 4

    Install and handover

SEANZ-authorised, EWRB-registered installers fit and commission the system. We train you on the monitoring and stay on for after-sales support.
